B.Pharm: Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics. B.Pharm (Lateral Entry): Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution. Pharm.D: Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics or D.Pharm (as per PCI norms). M.Pharm: B.Pharm degree from a PCI-approved institution. Step 2: Submit the Application Candidates can: Obtain the application form from the college admission office or the official website. Fill in all personal and academic details accurately. Attach the required supporting documents. Submit the completed application along with the prescribed application fee. Step 3: Merit Evaluation Applications are reviewed based on: Academic performance in the qualifying examination. Eligibility criteria for the selected course. Entrance examination or counselling requirements, where applicable.
