Step 1: Check Eligibility B.Pharm Pass 10+2 (PUC/CBSE/ICSE or equivalent) with: Physics Chemistry Mathematics and/or Biology Meet the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the regulatory authorities. Pharm.D Pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology, or Hold a D.Pharm qualification recognized under PCI norms. M.Pharm Hold a B.Pharm degree from a PCI-recognized institution. Admission is generally based on GPAT or Karnataka PGCET, subject to eligibility requirements. Step 2: Apply for Admission Candidates can apply through one of the following admission routes: KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) counselling for eligible B.Pharm candidates. Karnataka PGCET/GPAT for M.Pharm admissions. Management Quota, subject to eligibility and seat availability. Step 3: Counselling & Seat Allotment Register for the appropriate counselling process. Select Dayananda Sagar College of Pharmacy during option entry. Seats are allotted based on entrance exam rank, reservation policy, and seat availability. Step 4: Document Verification Candidates are generally required to submit: 10th Mark Sheet and Certificate 12th (PUC) Mark Sheet and Certificate Transfer Certificate (TC) Migration Certificate (if applicable) Entrance Exam Rank Card (KCET/GPAT/PGCET, if applicable) Aadhaar Card or other valid Photo ID Caste Certificate (if applicable) Income Certificate (if applicable) Passport-size photographs Step 5: Fee Payment After seat allotment and successful document verification, candidates must pay the prescribed tuition fee and other applicable charges within the stipulated time to confirm their admission. Step 6: Admission Confirmation Admission is confirmed after: Successful document verification Payment of the required fees Completion of all admission formalities Reporting to the college on the specified date.
