GNM: Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with the eligibility prescribed by the regulatory authorities. Step 2: Download and Fill the Application Form Download the application form from the college's official website. Fill in all personal, academic, and contact details carefully. Step 3: Submit Required Documents Submit the completed application form along with photocopies of the required documents, including: 10th (SSLC) Mark Sheet & Certificate 12th (PUC) Mark Sheet & Certificate Transfer Certificate (TC) Migration Certificate (for students from other boards/states) Passport-size Photographs Aadhaar Card or Valid ID Proof Category Certificate (if applicable) B.Sc. Nursing Degree Certificate (for PG applicants, if applicable) Step 4: Pay the Application Fee Pay the prescribed application/admission fee as instructed by the college.
